FMI Building Innovation is continuing to grow — and we’re looking for 9 new team members to join our Profiles manufacturing team in Mt Wellington.
Our Profiles division produces high-quality aluminium profiles used in building systems across New Zealand and Australia. Due to continued growth in demand, we are expanding our Beginning of Line (BOL) and Dispatch/Packing teams.

What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities may include:
Beginning of Line (BOL)
• Loading and preparing aluminium profiles for production
• Operating machinery and following manufacturing processes
• Monitoring product quality
• Working closely with team leaders and production teams
Dispatch / Packing
• Packing aluminium profiles and finished products for dispatch
• Preparing orders for delivery to customers across NZ
• Operating forklifts and handling materials safely
• Ensuring accurate documentation and product labelling
All roles contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Ideally you will have:
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or dispatch
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Physical fitness (ability to lift 10–20kg safely)
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliability and a positive team attitude
Advantageous but not essential
• Forklift licence
• Experience in aluminium manufacturing or building products
• Basic computer skills
Full training will be provided to the right candidates.
